2Spec is structured as a hybrid partnership, with no employees. Every team member has a direct interest in meeting our customer’s needs. So, we are not just interested in work, we are interested in total customer satisfaction.

Our craftsmanship can be found from geostationary orbit to six miles underground and nearly everywhere in between. We have worked in a variety of fields: medical robotics, process control, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, computers, disk processing, wafer fabrication equipment, HVAC, frame building, discrete logics, and invention development.

In addition, we have created a network of service providers, including, but not limited to, sheetmetal shops, welding shops, programmable logic specialists, and discrete logic designers. We have an associate senior mechanical engineer available for large projects, and also a designer specializing in solid models for new product presentations.

One of our most unique services is the "Personal Machinist Program". If an engineer needs to give hands on input, particularly for parts without finalized drawings (i.e. to achieve a certain "fit" or "feel"), 2Spec will assigns a senior R&D machinist as the engineer's personal assistant for developing those specifications. We will give suggestions for material, make or modify parts on the fly, red-line drawings for future corrections, make sketches from which CAD drawings can be made, even make those drawings upon request.

Our customers often find that they can use us not just as a vendor to produce parts, but actually as an "off site" extension of their business. We go the extra mile in expediting orders, modifying parts or equipment. We even work around the clock, if necessary, to meet tight deadlines.
